With more than 15 years of experience across business operations, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement, and a background in academic research, he brings a practical, analytical, and evidence-driven approach to decision-making, helping to shape initiatives that are both impactful and sustainable. He holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management from American University for Humanities, Tbilisi, Georgia, and an MBA from the University of the People, United States of America.

Tunde Olorunwa Olafimihan is a co-founder of Upstart Oil and Gas, where he provides financial leadership and supports the organisation’s strategic direction.
He is a finance professional and researcher with over nine years of experience in financial management, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance. He currently works with Plaude, focusing on foreign exchange and cross-border payment operations.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from Tansian University, a Mini-Master’s Certificate in Business Skills from London School business and Finance, and a Level 5 Diploma in business management from ABE UK.
